1. When I took on the initial task of searching for advice for our clients CEO (Heliane Canepa of Nobel Biocare), I found many companies on a Google search. I contacted over 50 companies. CTG stood out to me as they were the most professional, approachable, flexible, extremely efficient and patient with all my questions! This extended even further when they looked after our client. I was so impressed with their utter professionalism and care. So much so, I have used them since for other clients. Thank you to you guys whose care of my boss made me look good!

2. CTG provided services to my boss, Heliane Canepa. My duties during part of the world-tour, included PA duties to Heliane, and also support to all the international attendees of the conference. The night before Heliane arrived, the 2 people from CTG came to the hotel to prepare. Not only did they make sure that the arrival of the CEO went smoothly, they also assisted me in my role, by typing, printing and personally delivering over 150 letters to Doctors and other guests who arrived late that night. The support and continuous assistance provided to me (and so to the CEO) during the visit was incredible. No job was too big (such as delivering over 150 letters), and no task was too strange (fixing a favorite pair of shoes at 2a.m.). I have rarely worked with such professional, kind and supportive people. I was grateful for their presence, as I know the client was also. I can not recommend them and their services more highly.

The training was carried out at the Royal Saudi Arabian Police Academy, in the Saudi capital, Riyadh, during a period in which there had been recent terrorist attacks against western interests and Police Officers, also members of the Saudi Special Forces.
CTG was proud to be awarded the contract to represent Ford MENA in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, to deliver the training package that we designed, and conduct a world first demonstration, combining members of the CTG Team, with members of the Royal Saudi Police and Special Forces, to show VIP Protection and Anti-Terrorist techniques, in front of Saudi National Television and an audience comprised of senior officers of the Royal Saudi Police and Military, the Ministry of the Interior and representatives from other Middle Eastern Governments.

CTG came to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to give us training in VIP Protection, Advanced Driving and anti-terrorist tactics. I am a Captain in the Royal Saudi Arabian Special Security Force, and I have received training from many places, including the USA FBI and other agencies. The training that we had from the CTG team, was as good as any I have had from government places. The instructors were polite and professional, and very good teachers.
During a time of increased security risks in the Kingdom, the CTG team stayed and continued to work, while many other companies and agencies returned to the UK and USA.
The CTG team were greatly appreciated, and their training very well accepted.
As well as being good instructors, they are obviously very experienced officers, and I hope now, good friends.

Gumball 3000 International Rally!
 |
Work undertaken: |
CTG was approached to provide Bodyguards to Mr. Jacob Thomsen of the Netherlands, who was to take part in the famous Gumball 3000 international rally.
Mr. Thomsen and his co-pilot, driving a black Lambourghini, were escorted during the Asian leg of the rally (from Langkawi to Bangkok), by 2 Bodyguards, using Suzuki R1 Road Racing motorbikes (to keep pace with the client and his vehicle).
A full reconnaissance of the leg of the rally (both ways) was conducted prior to the race and the arrival of the client.
Services which CTG provided, included (but were not limited to):
- Personal Bodyguard to Mr. Thomsen, provided by Damon and Ross of the CTG Australia Office.
- Advance security escort to increase security during the race and at the celebrity parties on-route
- Medical cover provided for emergency use if required
- Liaison with local police and security staff at each site
|
CTG were tasked to provide the driver and his co-pilot, after a personal recommendation, Bodyguards for the Langkawi to Bangkok part of the Gumball 3000!
The client was very satisfied with the services received, also the support in Thailand which was given by the London office.
Comments received from the client included :
"The Bodyguards were great. They were there for me every time I needed them, including some "interesting" moments at road check points. The pre-work they had done, was great. They knew the route perfectly, so much so that they could allow me to drive faster than I would have otherwise done, as they knew the road ahead and could lead me through the bends easily".
The only complaint made, was that the R1's never lost sight of the client :-) |
