1. The CTG Team have been exceptional in all my dealings with them. They are highly skilled, thoughtful, thoroughly professional and proves easy to work with in even the most demanding and challenging of circumstances.
They are always clear in their instructions and has a solid grasp of how television production works.
On my last assignment several of the team actually became a central characters of the film -they were teaching people how to avoid being carjacked - the extra you get with CTG is that they are often strong television performers, well versed in media requirements, extremely eloquent and consummate professionals in what they do.
I have asked CTG for advice on many subjects, from scams in Nigeria, to protection for undercover reporters. Every time, they deliver!

2. We have employed the services of CTG for several typical TV reporter 'doorstep' interviews, following undercover observations by our crews (security also provided during those activities, by CTG). By their nature, these are tricky and potentially volatile situations - the reaction of the subject is always unpredictable, and violence is always a possibility.
On one occasion, one of their Agents came along to look after us in a personal protection role, and advise us on our course of action. I was impressed with the work he put in before the day of filming to familiarise himself with our story, interviewee, intentions and associated risks. On the day of filming, I was equally impressed with his close evaluation of the site and his thorough briefing of our crew, covering every potential outcome, before we made our approach.
As a result, it made for a much more considered approach, and I felt exceptionally confident in the level of personal protection we received. I personally felt not just protected, but in fact able to concentrate on getting my job done to the best of my ability, knowing that we were well advised and taken care of throughout. I would use CTG again, and highly recommend their services!

1. When I took on the initial task of searching for advice for our clients CEO, I found many companies on a google search. I contacted over 50 companies. CTG stood out to me as they were the most professional, approachable, flexible, extremely efficient and patient with all my questions! This extended even further when they looked after our client. I was so impressed with their utter professionalism and care. So much so, I have used them since for other clients. Thank you to guys whose care of my boss made me look so good!

2. CTG provided services to my boss. My duties during part of the world-tour, included PA duties to the CEO, and also support to all the international attendees of the conference. The night before the CEO arrived, the 2 people from CTG came to the hotel to prepare. Not only did they make sure that the arrival of the CEO went smoothly, they also assisted me in my role, by typing, printing and personally delivering over 150 letters to Doctors and other guests who arrived late that night. The support and continuous assistance provided to me (and so to the CEO) during the visit was incredible. No job was too big (such as delivering over 150 letters), and no task was too strange (fixing a favorite pair of shoes at 2a.m.). I have rarely worked with such professional, kind and supportive people. I was grateful for their presence, as I know the client was also. I can not recommend them and their services more highly.

CTG to provide the driver and his co-pilot, after a personal recommendation, Bodyguards for the Langkawi to Bangkok part of the Gumball 3000!
The client was very satisfied with the services received, also the support in Thailand which was given by the London office.
Comments received from the client included :
"The Bodyguards were great. They were there for me every time I needed them, including some "interesting" moments at road check points. The pre-work they had done, was great. They knew the route perfectly, so much so that they could allow me to drive faster than I would have otherwise done, as they knew the road ahead and could lead me through the bends easily".
The only complaint made, was that the R1's never lost sight of the client :-) |

CTG came to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to give us training in VIP Protection, Advanced Driving and anti-terrorist tactics. I am a Captain in the Royal Saudi Arabian Special Security Force, and I have received training from many places, including the USA FBI and other agencies. The training that we had from the CTG team, was as good as any I have had from government places. The instructors were polite and professional, and very good teachers.
During a time of increased security risks in the Kingdom, the CTG team stayed and continued to work, while many other companies and agencies returned to the UK and USA.
CTG team were greatly appreciated, and their training very well accepted.
As well as being good instructors, they are obviously very experienced officers, and I hope now, good friends.

Prime Ministers Office, Bangladesh
Special Security Force - VIP Protection

|
Work undertaken: |
CTG was asked to design and deliver Police and Special Forces type VIP Protection training, for members of the elite Bangladesh Special Security Force.
The SSF is tasked with the protection of the Prime Minister of Bangladesh, as after the independence of Bangladesh there was no organization dedicated for the security of the President and the Prime Minister. Initially Bangladesh Police and later Bangladesh Police together with a contingent of Bangladesh Army personnel used to provide state member security. This make-shift arrangement failed to address new security threats and challenges and so an alternative was sought.
Serious security breaches were often noticed, which warranted having a force which is trained and dedicated to the role of VIP Protection for government and public figures. Therefore, on 15 June 1986, the Special Security Force was raised through an ordinance called “Special Security Force Ordinance 1986” for the protection of the President and Prime Minister of Bangladesh.
CTG is proud to have been selected from all the available bodyguard training providers in the world, to design and deliver training to Officers from this elite Presidential and Prime Ministers Bodyguard team.
Training centers around VIP escort techniques, IED and EOD protection (bombs), and then concentrated on VIP Protection Driving and Anti-Ambush skills.
CTG continues to provide this training to the SSF, through the Prime Ministers Office and the SSF Training HQ. |
1. CTG received our team of 3 officers from SSF, during one of their bodyguard training courses. We arrived at the army camp, after being collected from the airport by the CTG instructors. it was cold and wet! However our rooms were ready and waiting for us, our names were on the doors and every effort had been made to prepare for our arrival.
The food we were given was very nice, and our dietary needs were considered, thank you.
The instructors were very professional and kind, and we enjoyed the training very much.
We were shown clearly many techniques which will benefit me in my employment in my country.
I hope to come back to the UK again to take more training from CTG, and I will recommend that other officers from SSF also come to CTG, now and in the future.

2. Letter of appreciation:
To the CTG Team,
I hope that you are all fine. I am just back from the final exercise at the end of 10 very long weeks course. This ex we conduct which is very close to real scenarios as VIP comes to the venue with aircraft and keeps visiting numerous venues for two days. Some of these venues are sensitive in nature like Gas Field where with security, safety is also a great concern. This ex involves many organisations. Trainees also carry out recce the day prior and submit their advance plan. This is basically two sided ex with a extremely hostile enemy group. Numerous motorcade ambushes also take place.
So, that was the reason for which I am sorry for being late to send my extreme gratitude to you, as our officers came back from their training with you, with a great deal of new experience.
The officers and the authority are extremely pleased with the standard of your training. Hopefully we shall keep sending our officers in CTG courses.
I am really honored to receive the CTGlapel pin and badge of CTG.
Many thanks,
Regards
Major M

D. Payne, a CTG "Close Protection Course Graduate"

|
Work undertaken: |
D. Payne, attended the Close Protection Officer Training Course with CTG.
Having worked with leading publishers in the UK, Mr Payne had no previous police, military or security industry experience.
Since attending the CTG CP Course, Mr Payne has worked as Bodyguard to undercover film crews (targeting he leading drugs ring in Europe), also provided BG and Escort Services to one of the worlds most successful female CEO's, during her world tour (London phase).
Mr Payne is now a freelance Bodyguard. |
"For most of my adult life I knew that I wanted to be a Close Protection Officer, but like a lot of people I had taken some bad advice prior to contacting CTG, and thought that it was essential for me to have some kind of prior related experience, such as in the Armed Forces.
After speaking with CTG I realised that this was not necessarily the case and that I could attend such courses and become a fully licensed CPO without any previous training.
So, after completing my research into many training providers I was more than happy to chose CTG due to their friendly attitude and professional approach, not to mention the employment history of the trainers who would be teaching me.
I was just as happy once I arrived on the course and felt that as well as being instructed to the highest degree my welfare was also cared for properly with as much help always being given on a professional and personal level.
I was also not disappointed when I left the course, being given and trusted with jobs such as the security of a 5 person film crew whilst they were conducting research/interviews on a known criminal fraternity, and the round the clock safety for the CEO of an international company during a visit to the UK."
