FAQ's
Please read all FAQ's before you request further information through our contacts and enquiries section. Those questions that have been answered below, will not receive a response from our administration section.
Q - Please can you send information regarding your Close Protection Training?
A = See Close Protection Training page for a full and comprehensive explanation and description of all training that we offer. You are invited to apply for training, at which time we will contact you and arrange for a telephone interview with one of our Principal Officers, so that we can advise and guide you in your pursuit of training.
Q - How much do you charge for Close Protection Officer services?
A = Every contract has different aspects and so security requirements. Therefore an initial assessment must be made, so that we may then provide a realistic quotation for supply of requested services. You are invited to request a quotation for Bodyguard Services, via our Enquiry page. We will keep any information in the strictest confidence and will be happy to tailor a service to your exact requirements.
Q - How much does the training cost?
A = Each training course that we offer is detailed within the Corporate Website. Fees are listed are listed for each course. All fees are inclusive, there are no hidden extra's.
Q - Do you accept civilians for training (with no military / police training and experience)?
A= Yes. Some of the best Officers that we have trained, and served with, have been civilians that we have trained. Those with no previous military or police experience often come with no preconceived ideas and so are open to training and development. Each applicant for training will receive individual attention during the assessment process, and all applications will be treated on their individual merit.
Q - Do you provide Close Protection Officer services anywhere?
A = Yes, we are able to deploy both Operational and Training Teams, anywhere in the world.
Q - Do you guarantee employment for graduates from your training courses?
A = No. There are no training providers anywhere in the world that can honestly guarantee employment after training. However, the Counter Threat Group is not simply a training provider whose sole business is training. We are also an Operational entity, which is why our Training is so highly regarded. We therefore have many contacts within the industry and are well able to assist our graduates in finding positions with existing teams. We employ ONLY those whom we have directly trained, on the Operational contracts that we hold and acquire. We have a high % success rate of placing our graduates in full time employment within the Close Protection industry.
